He then left for the United Kingdom and attended the Worth School - a co-educational Roman Catholic boarding school inside the Worth Abbey, a Benedictine Monastery. (2006 - 2013)
After that, he went to the University of London (September 2013- August 2016) where he finished a degree in BSc International Politics with honors.

Since 2012, Sandro has been a member of Habitat for Humanity, a non-government organization that betters living conditions of problematic communities. After Typhoon Haiyan hit in 2013, Sandro was involved in relief operations for the locals of Tacloban - providing clean water and food to the affected areas.
August 2014, Sandro took part in charity activities for the homeless and abused children in Bacolod City under the Kalipay Negrense Foundation, spearheading the day to day activities of the participants.
COVID-19 (February 2021- present), Sandro has dedicated much of his time in distributing relief goods, PPEs and medical supplies and other essential needs to his kailians in Ilocos Norte. He also distributed these COVID essentials to hospitals, police and fire stations, government armed forces groups and other frontliner-rich institutions.
